Okay--here's the thing--at the Fiat dealership, everything was great. Harmonie, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The other salespeople working in that building were also friendly and helpful. Harmonie then finished up the paperwork and took us next door to the Safford Chrysler dealership where we sat for a half an hour in a comfortable lounge area--but really, the people over there forgot about us. We finally went to check, and that's how we managed to see the manager to get the rest of the papers signed. These problems will probably be taken care of when the Fiat dealership moves into its own building. If not for our experience at the end, we would have given everything about buying a Fiat at Safford all "greats." More
