I purchased a 2012 Mustang from this dealership in 2012, I was in an accident that was not my fault 7 months later. Since I purchased my car from this dealership I thought it would be best to take it back there for repairs. They had my car for over 2 months and told us it was ready, when my husband went to check on it, they had painted my car when it was dirty and did a terrible job. They did redo the paint work and we thought everything was fine. I took my car home and found that my driver's side window was making a strange noise, we made an appointment and took it back, again they did not fix the problem. I also found that they did not put the moldings on correctly and my wind shield washer fluid was not working properly. We again made an appointment, they had my car for 4 days and they only thing they fixed was the moldings. I called the owner and left him a message and he has not returned my call.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! They do not care about their customers!

The service center always ALWAYS seems to be milking me for money. I cannot believe Ford does not have some kind of updated system for their warranties. They were going to charge me $600 without even asking about my warranty. They didn't even look it up! I was made because my Ford was not that old (2 years tops) and should have still been cover... and it WAS! but they didn't even try until I raised a stink. Are all Ford Dealership this way? I hope not because I have to deal with them at some point.

I had a good experience working with Kaira. She was very polite and took what I needed and found me the car I desired at a price that was good for me. I would come back in the future and work with Kaira again.

Bad deal. after I bought my truck the salesperson either got fired or quit and I haven't been able to get anyone to look at my sync that does not work right

I went in to talk to Kiara about trading in my old truck. for something new. Kiara really helped me out and worked very hard for my business. She spent the entire day with me helping me figure out which car was right for me. She is a very good sales lady and will make you very happy. I give high marks for Saginaw Valley Ford because I received great service and a vehicle I really enjoy. It started with the sales person Kaira Kube, who was extemely patient with me and we were able to come up with a deal that made both buyer and seller happy. I've been back for a oil change and the good sevice continued. I'll go back to Kaira for my next car.

these guys are great everything went smoothly they got me the vehicle i wanted with everything i wanted with it they didnt say we might be able to do that they said we can do that and they got it done they even worked with my schedule bringing my vehicle to me and picking it up at my work overall great experience would deffinately reccomend them and i will purchase from them again

I came in to see Kaira a while ago for a vehicle and she's worked extremely hard finding one i could afford at the time and making sure i was taken care of. She did a fantastic job and made me feel like a top priority not just another car sale! Highly recommended.

I recently bought a 2008 escape through their internet department and let me tell you this was the best buying experiance I have ever had. Not only did they have the car ready for me but my salesman was right there waiting and greated me with a big smile and went through hoops for me and my daughter. The sales manager came out said hello and welcome and said if I needed anything to let him know. I cannot believe this was that easy to buy a car. Had our 2001 Escape in for a new catilatic converter, under warrinty. They've had the Escape for3 days now and telling us it will be at least another 3 days. They always have another reason why, maybe they should spend alittle more time on the work instead of making up reason why they haven't complyed with the work. Very poor service and very poor concern for the customer. They have lost yet another customer down the road
