Great car, service could be improved I bought a 2019 Subaru Forester and I am extremely happy with the car. It's a wonderful piece of equipment. I would buy one again if I needed to. However, after leaving the finance office, my wife and I were disappointed to wait around for an inordinate amount of time because nobody brought the new car around. After standing around in the lobby for a while being ignored I went to the managers office and found 3-4 employees plus him hanging around talking. It's a shame none of then had the forethought to pull the new car around and get us out the door. Two weeks later I received a call from the new owner of my old car about the car I traded in at the dealer. She stated they got my name and number and information from the auctioneer from the subaru dealership. So that's super fun. I cleaned out my glove box before I left so i'm not sure how that occured. Good times. More
