Leasing I like the car that I have. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and getting me into a new lease when my current lease expired. However, the previ I like the car that I have. However, the previous team did not fully inform me about what it would be like to switch out of a lease. They made some agreements and promises that they really were not in a position to keep, which was explained to me in full by the current sales team. I understand that that is why a lot of the former people are no longer working there. So, while I found the whole process to be overwhelming and really not something I will do again, the current staff need the experience as pleasant as possible and I feel much more informed now and I was when I first took on a lease. More
