Thank you This is the 4th car that I have from St Jay Subaru. I brought a 2004 Forester in 2006 had that for 5 years. Then we least a 2013 CrossTrek, then a 20 This is the 4th car that I have from St Jay Subaru. I brought a 2004 Forester in 2006 had that for 5 years. Then we least a 2013 CrossTrek, then a 2016 Forester now we have a 2019 Forester. All of the cars have been great cars. In 2013 and again in 2016 I had Wilum Smith as my agent. This year I had Adam Lumbra. Adam was fun to deal with he is very friendly and caring. I had a problem with the windshield washer fluid being frozen, he made sure that is was taken care of. The service manger came out to let me know that the fluid was changed to a fluid for below freezing. Chris Matte had the horrible duty to tell me that someone had stolen the brand new winter tires off the 2016 Forester. He was genuinely upset that this happened he of course told me that this would rectified. Unfortunately they did not have tires that would fit my car I did have to come back, I was given a car that had good snow tires on until they were able to get tires on my car, Michael Huntington came over to introduce him as he want to talk with Adam. More
