Saint J Subaru Best experience ever when Car Shopping !!! We had seen the Saint J Subaru adds on TV for many years. We have also seen many cars in Barre with the Saint J Subaru Decal. So, when we were looking We had seen the Saint J Subaru adds on TV for many years. We have also seen many cars in Barre with the Saint J Subaru Decal. So, when we were looking for an AWD vehicle we thought of Saint J Subaru. From the minute we spoke with Kurtis on the Phone we felt comfortable. We made an appointment to go car shopping there for the next Saturday. When we got to the parking lot we were welcomed at the door by a Saint J Subaru Sales person. Everyone was very nice. We enjoyed our Sales Rep, Matt Robinson. Matt was very nice and not pushy at all. He helped us through the difficult process of finding the right AWD for us. We purchased the 2018 Subaru Legacy that we love so much! Matt showed us the great things about the Legacy. After deciding on that we then worked with Matt and his manager on a price. Then went to financing with Kevin and he helped us through that. Everyone there has excellent Customer Service. We will be back in the future for when we need another vehicle. It was the best experience Rodney and I had ever had purchasing a vehicle for our family. Thank you Saint J Subaru for the great experience!! First Time Subaru Buyer A friend recommended that my husband and I check out Saint J after he heard about an experience and feelings we had had at another Subaru dealership. A friend recommended that my husband and I check out Saint J after he heard about an experience and feelings we had had at another Subaru dealership. We felt very welcomed, the dealership was clean, open, and modern. Our sales associate was wonderful and very personable. The only piece that keeps me from rating the dealership a 5/5 is the fact that I had called early in the day to speak with someone about my personal situation to see if a good deal was possible. It is an hour and forty minute drive from where I live to the dealership. I attempted to start a credit app over the phone and get as much done prior to driving down as possible. I was advised that everything would be faster if done in person, I would be in and out, and to ask for a specific person when I arrived. When my husband and I arrived we were given to another sales associate and I had to start the whole process over again. It felt like my call was a waste of time. More
