Dropped my car on Dec 5th for a recall, only to be told on the 12th all the parts weren’t available. This means it wasn’t even looked at until then. To make a long story short, they called me previously th on the 12th all the parts weren’t available. This means it wasn’t even looked at until then. To make a long story short, they called me previously that all the parts were available - that’s why I had the appointment booked in the first place. Car ended up not getting the service done, no loaner provided during any of this time, got the car still incomplete on 23rd of December. It’s a chore calling them to find out what’s going on, if you can even reach them. If you don’t call, they won’t call. It just feels like a game here. You can’t take them for their word which made me avoid authorizing fleet Wagoneers. If they can’t do a recall on my own car, I certainly wouldn’t want them involved further with my workplace, especially for a model that is known for recent recalls. I believe the mechanical work is done well here, I’d just avoid the headache of going here, it’s really unprofessional. More
