After I explained my credit situation, the salesperson told me that they have no problm with my credit score issue; the reason I mention the situatio before because it doesn't look good after running the credit, you get rejected. But sales person said no problem with the deal as long I am making enough money and can prove it. But after running the credit they rejected my application because I have a lease with Mazda(which I already mentioned). Since I was determined to buy the car, I made a deposit to hold the car and my application got rejected on March 9th; its been 10 days, I still didn't get my refund and I tried to get in touch with Kevin couple times but I got in touch with him just once. I really hate to make calls or shoot email when a company like this should do the processing as fast as possible butalas to my surprise they were quick to took the money out of my account but not showing any interest to give it back. I am 26, I have my whole life ahead and local from New Jersey; the treatment I received from this place helped me to decide not to go back there when I will start car shopping by end of this summer. More

I highly recommend Louis Alvarez in the Sales Department, Steven Walder, Business Manager and Allie Hoffman in the Service Department. Louis is very knowledgeable about the Infiniti product and provides quality customer service, timely follow-up, and works tirelessly to get the customer the best deal with no pressure. He is personable, conscientious and makes the leasing experience pleasant and seamless. Steven is warm, knowledgeable, efficient and detailed in explaining the financial aspect of the lease agreement. I really enjoy meeting with him. Allie is always willing to accommodate the customer based on their availability. She has excellent follow-up, thoroughly explains the service issues and is very knowledgeable about the Infiniti product. My sales rep, Travis Tighe, did a great job in explaining all the features of the car, conducting a test drive, and finding exactly the car I wanted. The sales manager was involved to help get me exactly what I was looking for at a very fair price. This is the 3rd Infiniti I have purchased or leased from Salerno Duane. Delivery was also handled very well - walking me through the paperwork and then explaining and demonstrating all the features of the vehicle. Very well done. I would definitely recommend the Infiniti automobiles and this dealership. I have always been pleased with the service department. More

Having purchased cars from various manufacturers/dealerships in the past I walked into Duane-Salerno anticipating arm-wrestling high-pressure sales tactics. Boy, was I wrong! Betsy Starch, the sales rep I met with, came across as a warm and welcoming professional eager to answer all of my concerns about buying a CPO automobile (my first). She was a delight to do business with from initial discussion to delivery hand-off. I also had occasion to resolve a small service issue and had an equally satisfactory experience with Service Mgr.
