My car came in for its 37K service, Sue got me in and and out ASAP with a loaner. When I picked up the car they told me that the brakes were vibrating and replaced the front pads no charge under warranty. Th out ASAP with a loaner. Service department is a total ripoff. I went there for several years with my I30 and every time paid hundreds of dollars for overpriced work that was unnecessary and not in the owner's manual (15,000, 30, several years with my I30 and every time paid hundreds of dollars for overpriced work that was unnecessary and not in the owner's manual (15,000, 30,000, 50,000, 70,000 mile services, fuel injections, etc. - they just lump a whole bunch of things together, most of which are not needed and charge you an arm and a leg).
