My Review of Salvadore Chrysler Dodge:
I had stopped in at the dealership on a Saturday morning to get the oil changed on my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan which I had purchased new at Salvadore Chrysler/Dodge in late 2009. As I was sitting in the waiting area while my car was being serviced, Keith stopped over to say hello and chat and we got to talking about the new 2012 Chrysler Town & Country's. After the service on my car was completed, I had to leave but I returned a short time later and decided to test drive the new Town & Country. After discussing the financing with Keith and Ed, I decided to move forward and buy the car. I've purchased many cars over the years and both my purchase and service department experience at Salvadore Chrysler/Dodge is as good as it gets. People here are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable about their products, and they bend over backwards to be helpful. I was treated respectfully and fairly, and feel very satisfied with the finance arrangements on my new car. This is a dealership that understands that new customers may generate some sales, but repeat customers keep the doors open. I would not hesitate to recommend Salvadore Chrysler/Dodge to anyone looking for a new vehicle or who might need to have their vehicle serviced. A top notch operation all the way around.

Ive dealt with other dealerships before and have felt pressured into getting into vehicles other than what I wanted with this dealership I didnt feel pressured at all they knew what I wanted and went the extra mile to make it happen just wanted to say thanks to Tom and Carlos you guys are great I will deal with and recommend Salvadore for now on!!

This is the first time I have purchased a brand new car. From the moment I entered the show room, Tom and others made it a very enjoyable, relaxed and stress free experience. I feel I was treated very well. The follow up was great; timely and not pushy. I would definitely recommend Salvadore's Chrysler group to others and I do plan on doing my future business with Salvadores.

My Review of Salvadore Chrysler Dodge:
On the salesperson (Joseph Routhier):

I went to the dealership on a Fathers day not knowing that they were closed. Joe happened to be at the dealership to pick up something that he had forgotten there and he offered to help me out even though the dealership was technically closed. Not only did he allow me to see the vehicle but he allowed me to take it for a test drive. Joe went way above and beyond throughout the deal to help me out and make sure things went smoothly. I appreciated his no pressure sales and his honesty throughout the entire deal. I would deal with Joe again anytime and he is a great asset to Salvadore Auto in my opinion. I would also recommend Joe to anyone looking for used vehicles.

On the dealership:
This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from the dealership (the last one was new). I have had nothing but a pleasant experience both times I have bought a vehicle here. Everyone is more than willing to work with you to get what you want and make the experience as painless as possible (all the way from sales to finance). I never feel pressured and always feel like the final price was competitive. I would and have recommended this dealership to others.

Natasha was very friendly and helpful. She was also knowledgeable of the car we were interested in seeing. At time of delivery there was an issue inside of the car, she did not hesitate to get it looked at and had it resolved within minutes. We added a spoiler later and there was a problem at pick up, again Natasha was there to help. We will be buying a car from her again in the near future.

My experience with Salvadore Chrysler has always been very positive. They go over and above to ensure customer satisfaction. My recent purchase was my third new vehicle from this dealership.

My salesperson was just EXCEPTIONAL. She was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with all informnation. She was never overbearing, let assertive in a none threating manner. She always made you feel comfortable with everything associated with the purchase of a new vehicle.

The quality of customer service was excellent (thanks, Natasha!) and, by the time the transaction was complete, we felt as if we had been introduced to just about everyone at the dealership. There was a comfortable and friendly atmosphere that was a very welcome change from the high pressure to make a sale that we have experienced in other dealerships.
