At first I was not going to purchase because she didn't return my call the first day. Then when she called the next day, it was well worth my while. If I ever buy another Honda, Boswell Honda will be my first call because of their willingness to assist. I am loyal to those that are willing to work with me and because they were willing, they will have first priority for future dealing with me even though it is a 3 and 1/2 hour drive for me. I just wish they had a shirt with Honda and the dealership name so that I could flaunt it to the dealer that I had problems with. So if there is a shirt available after reading my review, please provide because it is good advertisement for happy customers. More
