They do not do what they say they will do. When you call to voice your concern, the man in the service department brushed me off, acting as if it wasn’t a big deal. Maybe to him it wasn’t. I bought a used truck that they assured me they had gone thru backwards and forwards. 4 months later I paid a $3000.00 shop bill along with another $2000.00 worth of repairs in the 2 months following. Took thru backwards and forwards. 4 months later I paid a $3000.00 shop bill along with another $2000.00 worth of repairs in the 2 months following.
