I do believe Jigs listened better than any sales person in any environment that I have dealt with over the past 45 years! He caught on to what we were looking for and in the price range we were considerin in any environment that I have dealt with over the past 45 years! He was very considerate in telling us the processes step by step. (This wasn't our first rodeo, but it was refreshing to be kept aware of what was going to happen next.) My husband and I were both very surprised at the first offer Jigs and Ron made for our trade and the price of the vehicle we were purchasing. It really was quite fair. We may have had different numbers in our heads but in the end it came down to the same final cost. Also, the finance department put a little more work into getting us a better interest rate than what we were able to find on our own. The one thing I will say is after you have your deal, and they want your car, get everything out and I mean everything. I left a license plate holder and realized it, the next day called Mr. Longoria and when I went back he stated he was very sorry but it is gone. I did not let that ruin my experience, both worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted. Mr. Dowling the money man did a great job also.
