Not only are VOLVOS spectacular (my 2007 XC70 went almost 250,000 miles before I purchased my new XC60 from Sandberg), the STAFF at Sandberg is amazing. Starting with Bill Tapscott, Sales Manager (NO ONE could be better, he is totally customer-oriented! He's wonderful and we will send ANYONE we know who's looking for an exceptional new car, and for an honest, hard-working, PATIENT leader AND TEAM, to Bill and Sandberg Volvo. Our young salesman, Bruce Wu, is also kind, customer-oriented, HONEST and so helpful! Then there's Brian Fetters, the EXCEPTIONAL Service Manager, with whom we spent a lot of time discussing Volvo servicing and Brian is totally knowledgeable, completely reliable and customer service oriented. "DJ" Daniel J. Gray, the finance manager, is amazing as well and helped us figure out the best way to pay for our new car. Then there's Chris Kurihara, without a doubt the best anyone could be at explaining all the technical things about the new cars - wow, we will need to have a couple more lessons from Chris! He's so patient and able to teach everyone the "how to's" with these new cars! We also met, albeit briefly, Tim Buffington, the General Manager, and Scott Johnson, one of the owners, and we believe both of them also have the customer's best interests at heart. Also, Hannah and Bailey in servicing and that entire team are THE BEST! Bottom line is this: You will not find a BETTER , more honest TEAM, NOR A BETTER VEHICLE, than the SANDBERG VOLVO TEAM AND THE SANDBERG VOLVO INVENTORY!
