Disatified customer I took my truck to get fixed a month ago, they charged me for the work they did. Supposedly the problem was fixed, took it home and the following week I took my truck to get fixed a month ago, they charged me for the work they did. Supposedly the problem was fixed, took it home and the following week I had to take it back to them because it was doing the same thing. They supposedly fixed the problem again at that time did not charge me, took my truck home and 3 weeks after have to bring my truck back for the same reason, and now they want to charge me more money. Because you are now saying it's a different part but then still doing the same thing for what I had taken it in the first time? That is wrong, bad customer service by charging the client again for what had supposedly been taken care of in the first place. More

Trading in for something more me. I had recently started making payments on a 2010 Chevy traverse as a favor to take the bill off of the owners hands. However, I was not entirely happy with it as it was just too big and had a lot of extra space that I was not using. As I was doing it as a favor, it was also a car that I had not chosen out for myself. I explained the situation to Vidal and I went in to see what I could find something that suited me better. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, but I knew I needed something that fit me and my personal needs better. Vidal found exactly what I needed. I traded in the Traverse for a 2014 Cruze. I love it. Not only does it have awesome features that make driving enjoyable, but it drives very well. I took it out for a drive around Arizona and it handled the mountains, fog, rain, and a little bit of ice on the road easily. It was definitely a great purchase. I am extremely grateful for all the help that Vidal provided as this was my first car purchase definitely recommend anyone to this dealership. More
