Unreal service!!!! I bought a 2011 Cruze in August 2016 from Speed Auto Sales and finally decided to write a review. My initial impression wasn't very good about the dealership because neither car sales agent seemed to know much about the vehicles that I was interested in and I felt a bit rushed about buying a vehicle since I had planned to sell my previous vehicle myself and hadn't done so. So on my first visit, I left without buying a vehicle. I returned a week or so later to buy the Cruze and I'm very glad I did, I was introduced to Blair and Shaun. Timing is everything!! Also, I have had a post purchase maintenance done on the vehicle and there is only minor routine maintenance that has been noted or recommended. More

Gasoline Leak Fuel pump had a leak on top of the fuel tank. The technician diagnosed every possible cause of why gas fumes were smelled around the car. No visible Fuel pump had a leak on top of the fuel tank. The technician diagnosed every possible cause of why gas fumes were smelled around the car. No visible signs of leakage. He determined it was coming from the fuel pump and recommended tank removal. A huge job on my model. After removal it was obvious that the pump was leaking and raw gasoline was pooling in the fuel pump well. Jake worked with Steve the Service Manager to help with the cost. Very pleased with the service and personal attention given to my problem. Thanks for everything. More
