Went in interested on a trade in and our representative was great, until this xxxxxx bag came along and was completely unprofessional in every way. Under valued my trade in, tried to degrade me. Said my trade in wasn’t worth what I was asking, yet went right to Fred beans ford in boyertown, gave me asking price for trade with no questions asked. Never had such a bad experience at a dealership in my life. STAND CLEAR of this xxxxxxx who has the attitude of one that goes home and beats his wife. Sorry your life sucks and all you can amount to is a sales consultant. I’d be pretty upset to. Never go to this dealership More

I brought my car in because the A/C wasn’t working properly and there was an annoying noise coming from the blower motor. Not only did they fix both issues quickly and efficiently, but they also disco properly and there was an annoying noise coming from the blower motor. Not only did they fix both issues quickly and efficiently, but they also discovered and repaired an oil leak I didn’t even know I had. That kind of thoroughness is rare these days. What impressed me most was the genuine care for my vehicle’s condition. It’s clear they take pride in their work and go the extra mile to make sure everything is running perfectly. A special shoutout to Amy, who was incredibly nice and helpful during check-in. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free with her friendly attitude and clear communication as well as frequent calls updating me along the way. I’ll definitely be coming back for all future service needs! More
