Purchased a truck two months ago from daphne ford and notified them immediately of obvious rear end issues. I have purchased 2 vehicles at ford and 2 at nissan. Shakes terribly at 50mph and anything abo notified them immediately of obvious rear end issues. I have purchased 2 vehicles at ford and 2 at nissan. Shakes terribly at 50mph and anything above 65mph. Was told they would fix it. Took it in and it left driving the exact same. Was then ignored by all parties at the dealer for 2 months. Finally got it in after a bad review by my wife and they did a quick repair that I had already done on my own dime at a local reputable shop and was told if this didn't fix it that it was my problem since I bought it used. Left multiple messages for multiple parties at the dealer and was ignored. Was told "if someone buys a truck and 2 miles down the road the engine blows up, we wouldn't fix it" That is a direct quote from the used sales manager. Was never contacted back by the general manager who I called and left messages for. I understand that I bought a used truck, but I was told that they would not sell a different truck on the lot with the same issues- but I had to deal with mine. They did offer to check it out if it still had the same problem after I left today- but i would have to pay for it. It still shakes terribly but it's my problem. More

We bought a 2024 Silverado 2500 crew cab LTZ 4WD from Sandy, and it was by far the BEST dealership we have ever encountered. From the initial meeting with Roger he makes you feel like family. Alan the m Sandy, and it was by far the BEST dealership we have ever encountered. From the initial meeting with Roger he makes you feel like family. Alan the manager on the floor was also amazing. What personalities the two have we laughed and swapped stories and laughed some more, it made what could have been a stressful transition so relaxed and smooth. Both were very honest and straightforward with us which is very unusual dealing with some dealerships. Than on to finance which is usually very drawn out, the gentleman (forgot his name) explained each warranty that is offered and did not pressure us to buy any; we signed and and off we went. It was the fastest finance transaction ever. He sent all documents to us via email and was amazing!!!! I would recommend ALL my family and friends to Sandy Sansing Chevrolet!!! More
