I have been a Lexus SUV driver for 13 years and wanted to see what else was out there. A good friend bought an SUV from Sandy Springs Ford a few weeks back and she said it was a great experience....so I thought I would pay them a visit and test drive the Edge. I went in and was promptly greeted with a smile. Everyone there was smiling! I asked for Ivan since he helped my friend with her purchase. He was so wonderful! He was patient and kind, telling me all about the vehicles and helping me to make the best decision. When I decided, it just got better and easier. The finance guru, Tom, was so delightful. Usually, I stress over signing so many papers...but not this time. Tom was fun and cheerful and we got everything signed quickly. I always thought Lexus offered the top service but I was wrong. Sandy Springs Ford is the top in my opinion....and this was, by far, the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Kudos to the team and thank you for your service!!

I'd been in the market for a new car for a while, but kept getting either bad prices, or pushy salesmen who didn't really seem to care about my situation or what I needed. Finally bought a car here because Nick listened to my questions and needs, gave me all the information I needed, and helped me make am informed decision with no haggling or pushiness. He honestly just wanted me to be comfortable with my purchase, and you know what - I AM! THANKS NICK!

I came to sandy springs ford with an interesting situation. I had to get into a new car, because mine was falling apart. However the car was not in my name and the registrar of the vehicle does not live in Georgia. I also had very specific numbers in mind, a certain cost per month that I wasn't comfortable exceeding. I worked with Scott Ashlin. He was WONDERFUL! He wasn't pushy, or rude- he was a very nice man. He took me through all the steps (I'm 22 and had never done this on my own before). He was calm and patient as I freaked out that all this was actually happening. And Jose in the finance department was equally as awesome- he was able to work me up a few different financial scenarios so I could see down to the penny what my monthly payment and interest would be. I was able to choose a warranty that allows me completely FREE service for 7 years. You definitely can't beat that! Over all it was awesome, I would absolutely go back there in the future and would recommend this dealership and Scott and Jose to any prospective customers.

We drove 500 miles from Florida to make this transaction with Sandy Springs Ford. They had the exact Mustang convertible we had been looking for , and I had the good fortune of working the deal over the phone with Kevin Swindell. They made me an over for my trade that was very fair and stuck to it when we arrived. The attention and service we received upon our arrival was great. I enjoyed working with Bill. He was very knowledgeable and NOT pushy. I would also give credit to the "behind the scenes" bean counters - their initial quote from my first visit was very competitive and made it inviting to go back and do the deal.

When I was in the market for a new vehicle, I shopped around the various car browsing websites as well as a number of local Ford dealerships, but none had the selection or the exact vehicle I was looking for, except for Sandy Springs Ford. My wife and I had previously purchased a pre-owned Lincoln from Sand Springs a few years ago and had enjoyed the experience then. This time around it was more of the same. I had the opportunity to work with Bill Plachter (internet sales) and Jose Sueyras (finance) and I was very impressed. We had previously worked with Jose to finance our Lincoln and this was our first time to work with Bill and it was great. Bill took the time to figure out which model of Focus best suited my needs. We test drove an automatic and a manual model to see the varying differences and decided upon the Titanium trim level as per my wants and needs. I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle and will look forward to our next purchase as our family grows.

I thought that the team at Sandy Springs Ford were great to deal with. Usually the car buying experience is one to be dreaded, but not with Sandy Springs. I will look to them for all of my future Ford needs.
