We just went in to test drive the 2013 Explorer and we ended up leaving with it! Mark made the transaction very smooth and we are thrilled with our purchase. We have bought several cars here and we have MArk on the lookout for a 2012 Escape for our daughter. :)

Kevin followed up continuously wthout being pushy over more than a month when I was wavering between a new and used car. He then got me a deal that was better than 2 other dealers without a word of haggling.
They have promised me a good after sales support and I trust them.

Overall good experience. Nick was easy to work with. Norma Kline was EXCELENT!!!!!!!!!! I must say, that there were several promises made to me that I wasn't 100% sure would actually come to reality. But I MUST admit, everything they said they would do, or would happen...... Definitely did!

My Review of Sandy Springs Ford:
We were in the market for a family vehicle and wanted American made, this dealership was the first we visited. We had a good first impression, and continued our search briefly after visiting Ford. We quickly found we had found the best place for the best deal and customer service. Chris was there to greet us, help us find the best deal on the best vehicle that fit our growing family's needs. He was there with us the whole way, answering every phone call,even texts while we made sure the Ford flex was the car for us. He was friendly, informative, helpful, and patient while we worked out questions and details. I was even impressed with how he treated my two year old son, making sure he was content while we shopped. Chris talked to him, played with him, even got him popcorn for a snack.... We were very pleased with our shopping experience, and we are loving our Flex. We know we made the right choice and are happy we chose Sandy Springs Ford and our Flex.

My Review of Sandy Springs Ford:
I always start a new car search with reluctance. But working with Mark Thomas and the people at Sandy Springs Ford was a pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There was no high pressure sales tactics and I was comfortable there were no tricks.

I actually selected and closed on a used Edge that was the best value I found anywhere around after extensive research on my own. I later discovered a brand new model they had in stock and realized it was an even better value. Mark went way above and beyond to actually help me exchange vehicles even after all the loan, title, registration paperwork was submitted.

I now know I'll not only be happy but thrilled with my new purchase for many years to come. Thanks Sandy Springs Ford!

My Review of Sandy Springs Ford:
I have never owned or thought of owning an American car. However, after several Hondas and Acuras for the first 20+ something years of my life , I wanted more bang for the buck and I received exactly that at Sandy Springs Ford. As the commercial says out with the old and in with the new (Ford is definitely the new :) .

I was referred to Tom Hazlett who worked with me once I made my decision to buy the Ford Fusion 2012. I love my new Ford Fusion! Ford has definitely come up on their cars and I am proud to be a Ford owner.

If you want excellent service, people who will work with your budget and hassle-free buying experience, shop at Sandy Springs! Ask for Thom Hostetter, he is very knowledgeable and will work with you whatever your need may be!

Great people, great cars and great deals! You can't go wrong!

My Review of Sandy Springs Ford:
This was our first visit to Sandy Springs Ford. We were looking for a pre-owned Ford Edge. Corey was quick to greet us and make us feel welcome. He went out of his way to make the entire process smooth and comfortable. He was able to get us into the perfect car for less than we anticipated. Jeff was equally helpful with the financing details. We went car shopping with a pre-approved loan. However, Jeff was able to find us a better loan that saved us hundreds of dollars. We drove off the lot completely satisfied with our 2011 Ford Edge Limited. We were equally pleased with everyone at Sandy Springs Ford.
