The week before I picked up the truck I put down a $500 deposit told him I would get back with him on Monday. I called him Monday told them I was coming Wednesday to get the truck to have it ready. Jason was the only one that would take the time and explained everything to me and he was not even my salesman. before Jason came to help I asked Shawn the finance manager and said he couldn't help me drove the truck 15 miles coming home. I drove over 9.5 hours from KY to buy a 2019 Silverado 3500 LTZ with the Duramax. I contacted the dealership and talked with Rodney about the truck. He gave me all the information I requested about the tr 3500 LTZ with the Duramax. I contacted the dealership and talked with Rodney about the truck. He gave me all the information I requested about the truck, and personally assured me the truck was in as good of shape as advertised. I was nervous about driving that far to buy a truck because I have had bad experiences in the past. Once I decided I wanted the truck, I put money down to hold it, and planned the trip down there. I arrived in Winnsboro at 1820. The dealership closes at 1800. Rodney and the sales manager waited, after hours, for me to get there. As promised, the truck was everything Rodney had said it was. I loved it and bought it. They gave me a much better deal than anything I could find, anywhere near home! It had a turn signal bulb out, so I took it back the next morning. The service staff were as friendly and helpful as the sales staff. They changed the bulb, and got on the road back to KY. I highly recommend Sango, and if you are looking to buy a vehicle, ask for Rodney. I hope I never have travel that far to buy a vehicle ever again, but if necessary, I would go back to Sango. More

Sango Buick GMC, is a home town dealership. My wife and I had been looking for a vehicle that was comfortable because of my back problems. The local dealership had sold to an out of town person and the experience just wasn’t the same any more. We had driven several different makes and models of vehicles at dealerships out of town, looking for the right one that would work for us. We went to Sango and test drove a Buick Enclave and we were very surprised that it “felt like home” at Sango. Mr. Rodney Smith was very helpful as a salesman and made us feel right at home. I must also add that the whole experience and all the staff was great as well as the facility was nice and clean.
