This is my second experience with them. First was terrible and I was reluctant to try again. But I did since there are few alternatives where I live. I scheduled new tires installation. Schedule convenience was ok but had to wait three weeks. Install went like clockwork do this was good. Got advice on brake fluid flush that was right on. I am not certain they scanned the bike (K1600 GTL) but ok I guess as I had no other issues. They are not the most talkative group but they appear to have limited staff. I browsed their gear as I was in the market for some rain gear. Selection was limited and sizing choices abysmal. Purchased a tshirt just for fun but had to pass on getting new gear as they had nothing to work with. Great service appointment but poor shopping experience More

If buying a new BMW, once the warranty has expired use Ian's Garage. Took my 'dead' BMW X3 to the dealer and twice the rear battery was replaced. Third time, the towing company solved the problem by als Ian's Garage. Took my 'dead' BMW X3 to the dealer and twice the rear battery was replaced. Third time, the towing company solved the problem by also replacing the battery under the hood. BMW dealer was unable to solve the problem twice, dead BMW 3X. If a towing company can solve the problem, why are trained BMW mechanics unable to solve the problem? More
