My experience with John Robinson and Sapaugh could not have been any better. I knew going into this what I wanted and what deal I needed, and John took care of the rest. John was great to work with as we handled the majority of the business over the phone (my preference) and he took the work out of the car buying experience for me. Bottom line, I got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted and the deal was handled the way I prefer to do business. What more could you ask for! Thank you Mr. Sapaugh for establishing a wonderful dealership and putting together such a great staff to work with. I've already had experiences with the service dept, parts dept, and unfortunately, the body shop, and everyone has been exceptional and very courteous. This isn't what I've experienced with such large dealerships in the past, so it's a very pleasant suprise. I am a 73 year old widow and first time car buyer. I had been warned that the sales people would pressure me into buying some things that I didn't need. I am a 65 year old male and have purchased at least 20 new cars in my time ....i think this dealership is the very best one i have ever dealt with from the service dept to the new car sales .....the price new cars in my time ....i think this dealership is the very best one i have ever dealt with from the service dept to the new car sales .....the prices are the best around and the people here are the most friendly and bend over backwards to please you ....i even got to meet the owner and his daughter several times now who are down to earth people ....if anybody askes me if i recomend this place i would definately say YES ....i usually buy Chrysler products because i am a Chrysler retiree but Sapaugh Chevrolet is my dealership now after several bad dealings with local chrysler dealerships and chrysler customer relations i wont be going back to any of them places .....also when selling a clean low mileage vehicle give this dealership a chance they offered me way more money on a van i have then the dealers that sell this brand new More
