Overall, the dealership is great. I’m always very pleased with Tom Sabbatino, who still takes the time to reach out and say hello whenever I’m there. The service staff is also friendly and professional. It did take time to get an appointment for a standard oil change. Also had an inspection which uncovered a nail in my tire -so I appreciate that. However, the $50 charge to plug a tire seemed excessive, It also would have been nice to be offered water, coffee, or other refreshments while waiting. For a premium dealership, I expected more reasonable pricing or at least clearer justification for the costs. More

I had purchased 4 new tires from Sarant Cadillac about 2 months earlier. I had a catastrophic failure of one of the tires. Clearly it was a defect in manufacturing. I called Sarant to let them know about it months earlier. I had a catastrophic failure of one of the tires. Clearly it was a defect in manufacturing. I called Sarant to let them know about it. Mike Rosedale the Servce Manager personally told me to bring the car in so they could start the process of having Continental Tire replace the tire for me. It could not have been quicker or easier. I always feel like a valued customer when I go to Sarant and never feel like I am being taken advantage of like other dealerships. More
