Fantastic service I contacted this dealer a week ago when my Mustang slipped into limp home mode. The assistant service mgr Eric was extremely helpful explaining what needed to happen next and provided the Ford roadside assistance #. With in 30 minutes of my call the Mustang and I were at Sarasota Ford. Transportation was arranged in just minute's and I was on my way home. Considering this was 4:30 in the afternoon I could not have been happier. The next morning at 7:45 Eric called and provided a full diagnoses and repair estimate for authorization, since the Mustang is out of warranty. I picked it up fully repaired:and clean at noon that day. I cannot say enough about the timely, courteous, and reasonably priced service at Sarasota Ford they are the Bomb. More

Great Service I had a 1:30 appointment and the F150 was in the bay withn 10 minutes. They honored coupons I printed from their site and completed the service which I had a 1:30 appointment and the F150 was in the bay withn 10 minutes. Even while they are under major renovations they function as if it has no effect on them. I purchased my 2013 Ford F-150 Super Crew while I was deployed to the middle east this past year. I was told by the Exchange New Car Sales dealer to be cautious of stateside dealerships trying to charge me extra fees and costs, and if they were to give me or my wife (she picked up the truck for me before I returned home) that I should call the ENCS and they would try to resolve any issues. I HAD NO PROBLEMS PICKING UP MY NEW TRUCK!!! They were courteous and straight forward. This past visit I needed a simple oil change. I was treated very well and every Sarasota Ford employee that I spoke with knew that I was military and thanked me for my service. They didnt have to and I did not tell anyone that I was military but they took the initiative to say those kind words and they offered excellent service by having my truck in and out quickly. Didn't spend a dime this visit either. Thank you Sarasota Ford! More

Great prices and great staff -- highly recommend I have a Honda but Sarasota Ford was close to my work so I tried their service department. Sarasota Ford beat the Honda price on a new tire and gave me a ride to work while they worked on my car. They had the job done before they estimated and the staff kept me up to date on the status.
