I found a car on the internet that was reasonably priced at this location. I visited with Graham on the phone and was encouraged to come in. I was glad I did. I would buy from this dealership again and would look for Graham. Even if the no-hassle price is high (I don't think it was) it is a nice way to do business. They seemed to have it priced right. No gimmicks no games. More
If this dealership got relocated once the Saturn label is removed, and I was in the market for a vehicle, I'd go out of my way to find Hal and Terry wherever they ended up - great people ... open/honest - bo removed, and I was in the market for a vehicle, I'd go out of my way to find Hal and Terry wherever they ended up - great people ... open/honest - bought a used car - their tag line of "treated the same way whether you're buying a $3,500 car or $35,000 car" is spot on - they took the time to find the RIGHT car for me and my situation. They addressed every one of my questions and concerns. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Again, major Kudos to Hal Carter and Terry - for all the negativity there is towards the experience of purchasing a car - used cars especially - these two made me feel as important as a customer buying a brand new vehicle. I will definitely shop Experience Saturn again and recommend them to my friends and family. GREAT JOB GUYS! More
I don't typically write reviews, but I was so impressed with Graham my sales consultant, and Ernie, the finance manager from Saturn of Naperville (now known as ExperienceSaturn...) I had to write something with Graham my sales consultant, and Ernie, the finance manager from Saturn of Naperville (now known as ExperienceSaturn...) I had to write something about the purchase of a used Chevy HHR LT I just completed. From the first phone call with Graham, I was treated w./ respect, and all through the process of my looking over my potential car, I was never pressured, or fed a typical salesman's line. Graham was knowledgeable about the car, even though it wasn't a Saturn, and answered all my questions. When I wanted to inspect the underside of the vehicle (it happened to be snowing), he offered up not only a bay inside the building, but a lift, along with the assistance of a mechanic and his light. I scrutinized the car for a good 10 minutes, and when I asked a technical question, not only did the mechanic answer it, he printed me out the information I wanted on the spot. The experience with Ernie was just as pleasant. He did offer up a extended warranty, but again no pressure, no attempt to make me feel like I was "making a mistake", etc. I typically don't buy into these, but he gave me such a reasonable deal on a 3 yr bumper to bumper warranty, I couldn't refuse. Did I mention the car was $1000.00 cheaper than the next car on my list, looked excellent, and was loaded, compared to my next choice? I was expecting a car with hidden problems, or aftermarket accessories as opposed to factory installed (namely a power moonroof and remote start...), but it was all factory installed and well executed. On top of this everyone was so nice, from Graham and Ernie, down to the porter in the shop. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is sick of the games most other dealerships play. More
