My Review of Saturn Of Sterling:
My wife and I purchased a 2008 Saturn Outlook here. They never had the one we wanted on the lot so they had to get it from another dealership. We were notified when it arrived. When we went to pick it up the transaction was a breeze since they had already preprocessed our financing. There was no haggling and or surprises. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Before we left we got a thorough demonstration of all the vehicle's features. We left happy.

My Review of Saturn Of Sterling:
Steve spent all day with us on Sunday of a holiday weekend. He stayed until we were done, and he even took the care to remove the writing on the windshield because the detailers had gone home by the time we were done.<br><br>My husband and I each bought a car, and my deal was very fast, but my husband's wasn't. But Steve didn't seem concerned or in a rush to get out. He also didn't tell us to come back on another day just so he could get out and go to a cookout.<br><br>Steve was awesome. He took his time and didn't do any hard selling. He also gave his opinion based on his experience, but he didn't expect us to do anything but what was right for us.<br><br>We're sending all of our friends to Saturn of Sterling. I'm hoping the service is just as good in the service department as it was in the sales department! :)
