I initially called in and was in contact with a sales rep called Anthony to look into a second car for me and my wife. What I didn't know was that my father in law was also in contact with a guy named Chris called Anthony to look into a second car for me and my wife. What I didn't know was that my father in law was also in contact with a guy named Chris there. We ended up getting a Ford Bronco, and the guys there were more than easy going and professional. I'd recommend working with this dealership, they're alright people! More

Service was great today. Everyone was prompt and polite and helpful. The next day I received an email from Ford that said I could’ve had valet service. My wife and I had a terrible experience with this dealer! Apart from the regular dealers scheme to "rob" you here and there, these people wanted more from us. The vehicle we chose to buy had the wind dealer! Apart from the regular dealers scheme to "rob" you here and there, these people wanted more from us. The vehicle we chose to buy had the windshield cracked. They said that, as part of the deal, they will replace it. I was very clear that I want original windshield. At the time of picking up the car, I noticed that the windshield was not original, rather a cheap chinese after-market. They did not missed the change to skeem few more dollars from us. When I approached the manager in this matter, he said that he wasn't aware of that and that the sales person "is out today". When they replaced the the windshield they scratched the dashboard and left glue on it that I cannot remove without damaging the dashboard. Also de Heads-Up-Display is foggy on the margins - not sure it it is because of the cheap windshield they put on or because, during the windshield replacement, they must have whipped it off the screen of the HUD with the wrong substance. And to top it off, they messed up the papers in the manner that I did not have a registration for three months. Yes, 3 months. I was afraid to drive my own, new car to avoid breaking the law. I was like driving a stolen car but while paying monthly rates to the bank So, obviously I cannot recommend tbis dealer. It seems that, for decades, customers are treated badly by dealers and there is nothing we ca do. Sad... More
From sales to sales fulfillment to service this dealership has provided the lowest levels of customer satisfaction possible. 1. Paint missing on sale of a brand new bronco - caught later pointed dealership has provided the lowest levels of customer satisfaction possible. 1. Paint missing on sale of a brand new bronco - caught later pointed out by the customer (me) 2. Took 4 months to provide out of state registration plates. They charged $400 for this of which $150 was the processing fee - was informed the processing fee would not be refunded even though it took them 4 months to process. Claimed we could drive with expired plates. Many phone calls later a second temporary plate was sent. 3. Added too much oil at first oil change at dealership. Caused the engine to stall and emit grey smoke and an odor - malfunction not sure of long term effects on engine. Certainly compromised the safety of the. Driver. 4. Out over $250 in tow fees and Ubers due to car stalling. Dealer contact has not returned calls for reimbursement of these receipts How does a ford dealer not know how much oil to put for an oil change???? 5. We were sold a third party warranty but told by finance it could be used at any ford dealership. Not true. We tried to get the service done locally. Ford customer service also tells me it's a third party warranty so we cannot service anywhere but Scarsdale ford The sales manger and the service manager are the best persons to deal with. Would love to have a sit down with the owner to understand how this dealership actually functions. Many broken parts in their system. To clarify we chose this dealership based on the fact that they had the make and model and color of the vehicle we wanted. Negative experiences from day one More
Best care starting with valet, Kevin. Ralph, at the service desk, was extremely helpful checking me in. Technician was very good and found an issue that was covered under my warranty.
