I worked with Ed and he was great. This was the first time I had ever purchased a vehicle and when I stated this, he was very helpful. I forgot to mention that he can be a bit..sassy for lack of better words. Ed handled it well with being professional but also understanding. I also asked LOTS of questions over and over, and he answered every one of them. I never felt pressured into anything and he was readily available with answers or advice.
