Schaller Honda - Service Center

We waited over two and a half hours to have our car serviced! They never contacted us to tell us the car was ready!! Statement said put a oil change oil sticker on the window, Not!! serviced! A/C took 2-1/2 days to fix. Told the car would be ready at 7:00 pm on Tuesday. Left word to say I was coming to get the car Wednesday morning. The service department does a good job as usual. Service advisor was polite and kept us informed. The down side of this visit was literally being locked in the restroom for almost 30 minutes.
