Owner was completely not empathetic Fist and foremost the SUV I bought was way over priced for the age and miles for that type of SUV. The salesman didn't even show me any other options but the one I had eyes on as he just wanted to make a buck. Then I had the worst experience by any dealership I've ever been to. I brought my car in for a oil change and rain guards on. They didn't quote me a price then o e of their employees physically hit my car with her hands in aggervated because I wouldn't drive in right away. Her name was Lisa , not the business manager. Then the owner has the nerve to minimize my experience and not take any action against her.then proceeded to say I was trying to extort services from them. Listen buddy if I was trying to do that. I would of called the local news station . Stay away from this crazy dealership that others around the area agree "don't do business with them" More

Truly a 5 star experience! I bought a brand new Subaru last year at a dealership that I won't mention. I needed an oil change and was told the best they could do was three weeks I bought a brand new Subaru last year at a dealership that I won't mention. I needed an oil change and was told the best they could do was three weeks out. I called Schaller on Friday and was told I could bring my car in on Monday. I was astounded. They would shuttle me to work and then pick me back up when my car was finished besides. Again, I was amazed. I work a fair distance away but that was not a problem for them. And it only gets better. Zeth was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was so great to work with. And then John comes along. I had a single question and he ended up showing me 100 times more than my dealership ever showed me. There was so much about my car that they never took the time to explain. But John did. And then more. And then more...and I didn't even buy my car there. Sure wish I did. John was also very courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and just awesome to work with. I feel like I have a new car all over again thanks to him. You have an absolute gem in that man! Your entire dealership is great and I would recommend Schaller highly to anyone wishing to purchase a Subaru. More
