Do not buy a car here . Worse experience of my life . I would run and run fast . Jeff Angelina like I said was the worse person I have ever dealt with in customer services . I wish I could post the recordings he left me calling me “liar” “ignorant “ and the most unbelievable if there is such a thing “dumb b**ch” . I have the recordings he wasn’t hiding none of it . Horrible and he definitely if I had to diagnose is the true definition of a Narcissist and definitely has no respect for females . Basing that on the other names he called me for me getting upset he sold me a lemon however the other names I can’t clearly say on here but definitely on other platforms where i uploaded them !

Update: Kevin Gordon personally contacted us, and made things right! We received a refund for the two questionable add-ons (Recovr Vehicle Location and Paint and Fabric Protection) plus the taxes for those add-ons. While we were initially very upset with Schaumburg Ford, we appreciate that they reached out and were interested in correcting things - it's very much appreciated!
