My Review of Schaumburg Honda:
I've always dreaded the thought of car shopping, and have had mixed experiences. Schaumburg Honda was a pleasant surprise. We were greeted in a very polie professional manner. When what I was looking for was unavailable(out of my price range) the salesman made helpful suggestions. I found a car I liked, test drove it, and negotiated a very fair price(I could not believe how fair!). Andre the salesman, his manager(I don't remember his name), and Matt in finance were terrific to work with; much more reasonable and friendly than people in auto sales are made out to be. When my new-used Civic wears out I'll go to Schaumburg Honda first!

My Review of Schaumburg Honda:
We had a very bad experience with this dealership. We initially got a quote from the sales person and we decided to do some comparative shopping. The quote was verified thrice both in person and over the phone. When we went to buy we were informed in a rude way that they would not be able to sell it to us with that quote. According to the sales manager the sales persons are not responsible for the quotes and we should have spoken to him before if we wanted to get a quote. I guess if you ever go looking for a car from this dealership also look for the sales manager.

My Review of Schaumburg Honda:
After searching all over for an used Honda Civic. I found one that "just" came in on trade according to WINDY CITY HONDA". I was reluctant to buy a city car from a city dealer, but after being assured that the car was one owner with low miles, plus passed a 150 pt. inspection. I purchased the vvehicle from Gonzo. On the drive home the check engine light came on and remained on. Windy City claimed that it was just a faulty sensor. After two return visits, Windy City advised that I needed a new transmission!!!!!! The car has 60,000miles. Honda has been of no help. One rep. stated that the car is an old car what do you expect. I will continue to fight this matter. Shouldn't Honda assist me? I contacted them on the first day that I bought the car from one of their dealers!! Shouldn't the dealer be responsible from selling a bad car? I could have gone to a lot and found a car with transmission problems. I will buy a Toyota next.
NEVER, NEVER BUY FROM WINDY CITY HONDA. THEIR TACTICS ARE CRIMINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
