The only negative was that it took over 2 hours to try and see if an alternative financing with better rates would be available. Not the fault of your employees. The reason for the lower rating in the "Price" category, is because when I was told I needed a new battery for my vehicle, I was told the price of the battery but was not informed that I would be category, is because when I was told I needed a new battery for my vehicle, I was told the price of the battery but was not informed that I would be charged an hour of labor at $126. Thinking about it later made me feel like I was tricked into agreeing to purchasing the battery even though it was needed to make the repair. More

Chris, is absolutely the BEST! He is so well-mannered, very polite, and thinks ahead of the customer, like when I asked him if they could do an oil change also, as I just just brought the vehicle in for a very polite, and thinks ahead of the customer, like when I asked him if they could do an oil change also, as I just just brought the vehicle in for a tire rotation.
