First of all the sales staff will ask questions to ensure you are getting the right car for your needs, once you select the car they go through all th First of all the sales staff will ask questions to ensure you are getting the right car for your needs, once you select the car they go through all the options and explain which may be important to you and those that are not, they do not try to over sell options you will not use. After buying the car the staff explains all the features and most importantly remains connected to you to help with any future operational questions (this is particularly important so that you learn how to use all the features). Since the Outback had many new features we had many questions and visited the dealership whenever we had a question. Every time they were immediately helpful and resolved our issues, they even came to our home to show us how to use some of the new features we were unfamiliar with. Scott was excellent I had an amazing experience. Was stuck with buyers remorse with a spontaneous purchase of a sports car (WRX). I had it for a year and realized I nee I had an amazing experience. I was not very optimistic about returning it since I was obviously upside down. Scott Gregory let me test drive an Outback and a Forester and allowed me to keep the Forester overnight to ensure I was satisfied.
