Promises Broken. Painful resolution I purchased a 2012 GMC Sierra and was promised that the tire that was slashed on the side wall be replaced before I drove off the lot along with a spa I purchased a 2012 GMC Sierra and was promised that the tire that was slashed on the side wall be replaced before I drove off the lot along with a spare key and matching touchup paint to cover bare metal exposed. There first follow up to resolve was to sell me a new set of tires and rims for $1800. I just gave them a check for $30K. 2 months of constantly hounding them to replace the slashed tire that was constantly leaking air, I was finally given an appointment. 3 weeks ago I came in, I finally got the tire replaced, had confirmed it was not inflated to the correct pressures, received the spare key and they forgot about the TU paint. Promised they would mail it. Had to call them again to request it again. Snow has already fallen and temps dropping and now too cold to paint the bare metal. Far from good customer service More
