The vehicle had been washed the day prior bringing it in for service. After the vehicle was serviced there were very large greasy handprints on the hood and drivers door. During the last service the same is for service. After the vehicle was serviced there were very large greasy handprints on the hood and drivers door. During the last service the same issue was raised to the service manager. This is the third time this has happened. Can you advise what type of review of the vehicle takes place after the service is completed? If basic cleanliness is not practiced how does a customer gain confidence in the work that was performed? More
