Having owned BMWs and Mercedes my entire driving career, the service I received this January 2012 with Reid Willemsen was the finest service I have EVER received. Period. I have been consistently disappointed with this dealership. They have done some work without pre-authorization, and they focus more on finding additional work (not requested) to propose than on ge dealership. Communication is poor. I loved my first Mercedes and the associated dealer so much that I bought another one. After dealing with this dealership, I have traded my Mercedes in for a different vehicle, allowing me to go elsewhere. More
