I had not planed on making a purchase when I went to look at the Mazda 3 that my husband asked me to at least go "sit it." Tim was amazing. No pressure, took me on a test drive and I simply fell in love wit at the Mazda 3 that my husband asked me to at least go "sit it." Tim was amazing. No pressure, took me on a test drive and I simply fell in love with the car. Still I wasn't going to buy it because I didn't think they'd give me enough on my trade in to make it feasible. They worked with me on that and I totally LOVE my car. They had it cleaned up and in tip top shape when I came to look at it. Tim has checked back with me a couple of times, and invites me to call him with any questions. He told me that my first oil change is free -- which is pretty cool. Not only was Tim great to work with, but one of the other guys there bought me a soda. They were all a great group of people that just made the buying experience less of a hassle. Town & Country participate in the Costco Auto Purchase Program so buying a great car at a reasonable price with great service just doesn't get any easier. More
