Sell lemon vehicles. Try to make money on them when returned. They keep your vehicle for months, string you along give you the run around and then when you decide to go and get the car because of the run around they charge you a storage fee for having it for so long when they were the reason it was there that long. They lack compassion, they fire employees that are there for the customer because they lose them money. They dont care what they do and don't care about you, your problems or issues unless you are paying them. Then they partially fix things so you have to come back there to get it fixed again and again. Repeat scam. We are supposed to pray for our enemies, so I do that for this company. I pray that they are humbled with humility and that the managers there in the respective departments of service and store manager are put through the same things they do to their customers so they will be humbled through humility. Purchase a preowned vehicle called there shortly after purchased many problems developed, took it to the dealer. Dealer refused to help, they wanted to charge me over five grand to fix the problems. I was told by a previous GM not to worry, that they would take care of these issues. I finished all paperwork, and was completely ignored after. I made multiple attempts by phone and in person. Only to be ignored and treated like trash. I’ve never been more disrespected in my life. I was told that since I signed an “ As is no Warranty” document. They didn’t have to do anything. Even though this agreement was discussed before I legally owned the vehicle. Later I was told that the previous GM was fired for making dishonest deals and broken promises. Even with this all in mind, they still did nothing. Later I was told that they would fix only the radio, if I signed a new document. This document said in short, that by signing they would fix the radio at no charge to me. But would free them from all reported issues with the motor and transmission. I told the CFO that this was a “ Bait and Switch” method. And he smilingly agreed in an arrogant manner. I obviously did not sign and they did not fix the radio. It was even said by one of their own lead mechanics that my vehicle should have never been sold and should’ve been sent to auction. And also that they don’t even have the proper equipment to service my vehicle. In short, purchasing this car from them has been an absolute nightmare. I hope and pray so many of you read this and take your business elsewhere. So you won’t be treated with the same disrespect, by these disgusting people.After being without a car for months and it being in the shop for weeks, I paid almost $7000 in repairs. I was completely railroaded and treated like I was nothing. And was talked to as if I was less than. I will always let others I meet hear about my experience, in hopes they stay away from there. This is the first vehicle I have bought completely on my own in my entire life (through a car dealership, I usually just pay cash for old used cars) Ive worked my butt off to get my credit to a place where I can actually go to a car dealership and not a buy here pay here and get a nice dependable vehicle for myself and children... Not this place. Worse than a buy here pay here. 2 days and my check engine light is on talking about I need a catalytic converter. Thousands of dollars I most certainly do not have! Like I truly don't know what to do! I bought this vehicle cause the car I had completely gave out! I can't buy something else. I literally can't afford to fix it! 2100 miles is all I had on the vehicle and the hatch latch broke and they would not fix it. Do not buy from them or have your vehicle serviced with them. They will not honor your warranty.
