I am 31 years old. This is the first vehicle I have bought completely on my own in my entire life (through a car dealership, I usually just pay cash for old used cars) Ive worked my butt off to get my credit to a place where I can actually go to a car dealership and not a buy here pay here and get a nice dependable vehicle for myself and children... Not this place. Worse than a buy here pay here. 2 days and my check engine light is on talking about I need a catalytic converter. Thousands of dollars I most certainly do not have! Like I truly don't know what to do! I bought this vehicle cause the car I had completely gave out! I can't buy something else. I literally can't afford to fix it! I have not stopped crying since that stupid light came on! So thank you Brian and secret city for absolutely screwing me and my 4 children. More

2100 miles is all I had on the vehicle and the hatch latch broke and they would not fix it. Do not buy from them or have your vehicle serviced with them. They will not honor your warranty. This was on a Brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee with all the extras including the McIntosh stereo system. This was nearly 70k and they wouldn't even fix a latch. Wow... Service is not their forte. I had someone tell me after I bought it that their service department will rake you over the coals and I was not sure to believe them or not. I should have believed them. More
