The experience was average at best, The pricing of the vehicle and the promotion for which individuals qualified for were not clearly identified up front but rather at the end of the transaction where I w vehicle and the promotion for which individuals qualified for were not clearly identified up front but rather at the end of the transaction where I was told I did not qualify for the $1,000 loyalty and that they would increase the final price up by the amount. Also when I drove the vehicle it had all weather matts included only to find out when I took delivery of the truck the matts were removed and I was told they were part of a dealer added package that was available for purchase of $2900, Lastly the vehicle to include the engine compartment was not detailed as you would expect for delivery of a new vehicle, The sales rep did his best to make good on these issues but there is so much these folks can do. The overall experience compared to two other recent experience at both Mercedes and Audi, well no comparison. I will give some credit to the GSM regarding the miscommunication on the loyalty discount, he did offer and applied a 4500 discount off the truck vs the original $1,000. More

Friendly staff. Helpful, except that we ended up with a bigger monthly payment than we wanted. Would have been nice if the representative had offered a loner car, it took two weeks to get my car repairs and we don’t have two cars so we had to get an uber to drive my wife to work.
