The sales service advisor that helped me was rude when trying to sell an oil change package. When said “no thank you” he looked flustered and rudely told me to let him finish and that everyone always assu trying to sell an oil change package. I politely declined when I realized he was trying to sell me on a package. I let him finish and still said no thank you to him. He proceeded to tell me that I could still change my mind when I paid for the service. I said no twice and as the customer was forced to listen to his pitch. It was a bald, heavy set man. More
