I was impressed with he ease of my purchase. This dealership was clean ,friendly, and professional. They handled all my paperwork with my credit union all I did was sign my name and drive away.

I forgot to mention that I live 2 hours away from Serpentini chevy. I had been in constant contact with Chris over a particular truck. He worked with me via email and text messaging on getting all the information I had been requesting before driving the 2 hours to make a deal. He never lied about anything to make a sale he was an upfront sales man. I will do business with him again and will recommend his name to my friends. Customer service, satisfaction, and integrity is alive and well in Chris Byler.

My Review of Serpentini Chevrolet of Tallmadge:
This dealership was 90 miles away from my home, but the price on a used Jeep Grand Cherokee was very attractive. I didn't want to drive that far only to be disappointed with the condition of the vehicle, so I contacted the dealership first and asked about the vehicle. Jim answered all of my questions, and it was definitely worth the drive. The Jeep was priced well below comparably equipped Jeeps of the same model year, and it also had between 10,000 and 15,000 fewer miles than the other Jeeps that we have looked at. We are very happy with our vehicle purchase and the friendly service. I will call Jim when I'm ready to replace my other vehicle.

Jim was able to get a release statement for us, that the bank neglected to send us when our loan was paid off, over 9 years ago. His expertise allowed us to cut through hours of run around that the bank was determined to give us. We appreaciate his help and will be sure to come see Jim, when we are ready for a new car! Customer Service is still alive and well!

My Review of Serpentini Chevrolet of Tallmadge:
I purchased a 2005 Jeep Liberty from Serpentini in Tallmadge, almost a week ago now. Brian Adams was my sales consultant. He was very friendly and absolutely awesome!! He was easy to deal with, not pushy, but making sure all my concerns were met. He even stayed after 2 HOURS past closing time to take care of me! After I bought the car, I emailed him with a couple of questions and he immediately contacted me back to let me know he was going to find the answer and get back to me. I received all my questions answered that very same day within a couple of hours after I talked to him! He made sure to let me know that if I had any more questions, to email or call him anytime. Now that is what I call great customer service! I instantly went to my facebook and twitter and posted what an awesome job Brian did! I will be referring everyone that I know, or come across that is looking for a new/used car; to Brian Adams ? I couldn’t be happier with the service he gave me. He will be a great asset to the Serpentini business in Tallmadge!

My husband and I purchased a new Equinox with the help of Jim Lucas. He was very professional and helpful. We never felt rushed or pushed into any of our decisions on we made on our new order. He help us in comparing pricing of all the options and assecories on two different models. He Even came in on his day off to let us test drive and and order our new vehicle. The day we picked it up he even got in with us, went over all its details and helps us program in our cell phones blue tooth. Thanks Jim! It was a great purchase . So very happy .

Also it was a lot of fun working with Jennifer Hikade on the financial paper work. She helped us get the rate we wanted. Super nice lady.

it was the first dealer that did not come out and pressure me . also i took my time in finding what i wanted. when jim came out ,he also did not pressure me,he was very professional in his approach and in helping me to find what i needed.i bought a cruze first but it was too small after having it for about six months. so i upgraded to a malibu and had the same professional service from jim as i did the first time. so i think that jim is a great asset to serpentini and dont let him go anywhere else.

My Review of Serpentini Chevrolet of Tallmadge:
I was recommended to Serpentini Chevy by my boss, and Jim was assigned to handle my new car purchase after my last car was totaled. We live about 50 miles away from the dealership, and Jim offered to find us the car we wanted and bring it to us to test drive to make it more convenient. We didn't make him do that, however, test driving at a dealership closer to home. We knew pretty specifically what we wanted, and Jim located the exact car and had it sent to the dealership for us to pick up. He was very patient with us on the financing side. We're expecting a baby in the next few months, so we had him run the numbers a variety of ways, lease v. buy, different interest rates, different lease lengths, etc., so that we could determine how we could replace the totaled car as affordably as possible, which we really appreciated. Jim helped us upgrade from a sedan to a baby-friendly crossover for only about $15 more a month than we paid on the totaled car, meaning our budget was virtually not impacted at all as we continue to prepare for the baby. Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process, and I believe he even stayed late on a night the dealership wasn't open very late after work to accommodate our needs. Overall, the Serpentini experience and working with Jim exceeded our expectations and our previous experiences in buying cars.

If I only had one word to rate my experience it would be WOW! From the very beginning, with me asking a million & one questions, to the moment I drove my new Cruze out of the parking lot, Rick Howard was awesome! He has a great personality & is more than willing to go that extra mile for his customers. And the finance department handled all my paperwork in a very professional manner without any problems. My only complaint is not receiving a Serpintini jacket that I really want! Maybe Rick can pull some strings & be able to find me one! Thanks & God Bless you all!
