I had a blown tire and and had bought the tire protection wheel plan. Unfortunately tire was nto available and had to be ordered. It took a long of time to get to the dealership (4 days oher stores already h wheel plan. Unfortunately tire was nto available and had to be ordered. It took a long of time to get to the dealership (4 days oher stores already have it). The follow up from the service agent was poor. I had to keep calling him to know the status of the tire, since the agent never care to call me. Finally on Friday night I had my last call and was told the agent had leave with no follow up note to call me. Tire was already in the shop. IF it was not for me calling I guess i would still waiting for the agent call. Luckily for me Cortopassi was my new agent and he managed to get the service done the next day even though they don't do those type of services on Saturday's. The other complaint is that my black wheel got scratched. I was waiting for someone to explain the situation at the dealership and that person never show up. I got tired of waiting and now i bought a wheel paint. More
