You are the biggest rip off of a dealership and I will make sure nobody that I know come to you More

I really enjoyed my experience at the dealership. I arrived early and was immediately greeted by my sales representative. Drove 10 hours from Oklahoma City to buy a pre-owned vehicle they had. Deal had been worked over the phone. When I got there a misunderstanding was discovered that put the whole deal on hold. Thought I was going to be driving 10 hours back home without the car. Then the GM and salesman Greg Mc. got together and discussed it and before I knew it they let the deal go through and even at a better price. They did nothing wrong but still apologized for MY confusion. I'm over 50 and have never dealt with a dealer staff as honorable as these guys! It's definitely not this way in Oklahoma. I love this dealership and if I need another car I swear I'll drive 10 hours to buy from them because I know I can trust them. I wish I could give them 6 stars! More

I bought a 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZO6 and the transmission went out at 100 miles. Bought a new 2025 Traverse when I called OnStar they said the car was previously sold to someone else. I was told someone bought it on line then did not take it, then I was told the managers wife had drove i the car was previously sold to someone else. I ask for a different Traverse, & was told it was now a used car, 3 days later they still had not contacted ON Star. I was told they would take care of me ( I paid cash) yet all I got was a different story every time I called, & I called several times. Spoke with 3 or 4 managers and my salesman. They had my money, and all I got was the run around. They did not offer me any refund, they did tell me they had just got a traverse in on the truck & to drive back to Nashville, then 30 minutes later the salesman called & said the traverse was sold & it did not show up when he looked on his Chevy app. Now I have a car I paid for, that I have not even been able to connect with OnStar, because they say the car was sold to another person last month. Worst dealership we have ever bought from. We bought a NEW 2025 Traverse from Serra Chevrolet in Madison & when we went pushed the ON STAR button they told us this car was used & someone else We bought a NEW 2025 Traverse from Serra Chevrolet in Madison & when we went pushed the ON STAR button they told us this car was used & someone else had bought the car in Dec. When we contacted the dealership & ask them for a different car, we were told someone bought the car on line & changed their mind. Not True!! Then we were told the managers wife had drove the car for a few wk's & she turned On Star on. The salesman & 1 manager said they would take care of us & get us another car. We were told to come back up there a Traverse had just got there. We started back to Nashville & then got another call That the manager said, "that car was sold." We have been told one story after another. Then we were told that the car was now used, we put around 1/5 the miles that this Susan had put on the car. We had a horrible buying experience with Serra in Nashville. I really thought they would take care of us & be honest, but they were anything but honest. They also low balled us on out trade of a 2017 Corvette ( the only reason we traded it was we were having trouble getting in & out at our age. Maybe Serra just takes advantage of really old Seniors. More
