I took my car to service in November of 2025 due to steering issues. The issues stemmed from an item missed from a previous collision repair earlier in the year. I was given a loaner while my car was being serviced, which I appreciated very much especially given the duration I was without. Communication was bare minimum. I usually had to reach out weekly to get any kind of update and then it was the same answer every week. My car's particular issue was well hidden and did take many minds/hands to figure out but I still feel 4 months is excessive. I was treated well considering the frustration everyone was feeling. I now have my car and appears to be driving great. More

Do NOT trust this dealership. I was told by the salesman, Matt Tupa, the car I purchased was in “excellent condition.” That was a complete misrepresentation. When the vehicle arr I was told by the salesman, Matt Tupa, the car I purchased was in “excellent condition.” That was a complete misrepresentation. When the vehicle arrived, it had multiple dents, scratches, and paint chips that were never disclosed. I immediately took the car to a repair shop, and they quoted me $5,000 to fix the damage. When I contacted the dealership and spoke to the Sales Manager, Ryan Dillingham, he refused to take responsibility or offer any resolution. Hiding damage and exaggerating the condition of a car is dishonest and unacceptable. Buyers beware — this dealership does not stand behind what they sell and will say whatever it takes to close a deal. More

I did not like the service advisor Brad, he should not be working as a service advisor. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday night where it was first in line. I was told the external fuel filter was included working as a service advisor. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday night where it was first in line. Brad called at 7:30am saying they did not change the fuel filter and it was $200, I told him they are $15 and he tried to argue with me, of course he was talking about the one in the tank. Why in the xxxx would someone ask for the fuel filter in the tank to be changed with an oil change, common sense knows it's the external fuel filter next to the fuel filter. so I told him just to change the oil and do what it was according to my service plan and he said he'd get on it and he stated in would be ready in a couple hours. I got there at 10:00am and he still had not have had them change my oil so I had to wait over 1 hour for them to finish it. Don't tell customer it will be done and you don't even do it. Bottom line he totally forgot and he was rude. Serra has been doing my routine oil change on my truck because I bought the maintenance plan. This one experience has made me not to want to renew my oil change service plan. Usually they are very professional and has always done good work but I am not happy. More

I really enjoyed my experience at the dealership. I arrived early and was immediately greeted by my sales representative. Austin who guided me and my girlfriend through the process he also took us on I arrived early and was immediately greeted by my sales representative.
