The most unpleasant experience I ever had with a service shop. Mr. Bryant Ward is PROFESSIONAL SCAMMER. I took my car in for oil change and to check the brakes and a clunkng noise which was coming from the shop. Mr. Bryant Ward is PROFESSIONAL SCAMMER. I took my car in for oil change and to check the brakes and a clunkng noise which was coming from the rear suspension. Even though I told him that most likely the noise was coming from the knuckle bushings, he "assured" that the noise was coming from the shocks and he had me replace them. After he replaced the shocks he had the audacity to tell me that there is "more" noise coming from the rear driver side knuckle and the sway bar links. He had me replace those as well. Mr. Bryant Ward and his team charged me for 8 quarts of oil. My Chevy Malibu 2018 has an engine of 1.5L which takes 4.2 quarts of oil. They should have changed me for 5 quarts, not 8. Mr. Bryant Ward is lacking integrity. After I picked up my car, I looked under the hood and noticed that after they checked the battery, they failed to put back the battery covers. Also the car was leaking oil by the oil drain plug. Most likely, they damaged it when they tightened it. As it regards the brakes, they did NOT turn the brake disc on the passenger front side, and the other 3 discs, they did turn them, but they did a very poor job, when I press the brake pedal, the brakes make a hissing noise. Serra Chevrolet should fire Mr. Bryant Ward in a heartbeat. If he found ways to scam the customers most likely he found ways to scam the employer too. More

I had a scheduled 15,000 mi pre-scheduled service at 9 am. Was told by Armand that would be 1 - 1 1/2 hours as they weren’t busy. I decided to wait. Took 3 hours.
