I had a scheduled 15,000 mi pre-scheduled service at 9 am. Was told by Armand that would be 1 - 1 1/2 hours as they weren’t busy. I decided to wait. Took 3 hours. I went for a simple oil change and tire rotation and I had no leaks of any kind and they told me my radiator was busted and then said my fan was broken and I couldn’t even drive it off the lot ended up ch had no leaks of any kind and they told me my radiator was busted and then said my fan was broken and I couldn’t even drive it off the lot ended up charging me 4,300 to get it fixed.
