Jason eventually helped but the service manager Bryant saved the day. Pleasant and very easy to do business with. He saved the day and handled the situation. I felt better after he got involved. More
Terrible experience here. Subpar diagnostic done. Didn’t address the main issue that we reported. Little to no communication unless I contacted them for an update. Car was Subpar diagnostic done. Repair cost in the thousands. Mr. Bryant tried to address our concerns and acknowledged that our complaint was valid, but there was pretty much nothing that could be done to rectify it. Would never recommend this location to anyone. Please go elsewhere! More

This service center leaves much to be desired. The wait time for scheduled appointments is frustrating, but that’s something I can tolerate. My main complaint is with the service technicians. I came in because my brakes were squealing and to get an oil change. Although the pads still had life left, I wanted to understand why they were making noise and if something else could be wrong. Instead of addressing my concern, the technician acted as if I was being unreasonable for asking questions. His tone was dismissive, and when I chose not to argue, he continued to talk at me. It became clear that he was upset because another technician had checked my car in. In fact, he admitted mid-rant that he hadn’t even realized my car was there. I only got an update after I texted in response to the automated message I’d received at check-in—ironically, after someone who arrived after me had already left. Rather than apologizing for the delay, the technician launched into the rant I mentioned earlier. He even told me that no one had ever spoken to him that way in his 11 years there. I’m still trying to understand how calmly saying I didn’t like his tone and asking to pay and leave could be considered disrespectful. More
