The service department was horrible After taking my car for a transmission issue, they misdiagnosed the issue. I ended up spending over $900 and issue never resolved. ignals not working. Also asked them to take a look at my recently replaced catalytic converter to make sure it wasn’t aftermarket. Of course they charge me a diagnostic fee. No problem .I was told if they do the work, it would be applied to the cost. Turns out the problem was the battery. So I get them to replace the battery and lo and behold I’m still charged the diagnostic fee!! And the excuse they gave was that the battery was something different and didn’t apply . So I’m still responsible for paining the diagnostic fee. I will never take my care back there for nothing and will definitely never buy another Chevy vehicle. Wish there was a rating of zero, but 1 will have to do😡 More
Unfortunately the customer service was clouded by one of the desk people, Johnny Chenault, who was a complete xxxxxxx 2 days in a row. Everyone else was super nice and helpful. I completely avoided him the second day but when asking a simple question about my warranty my second tech said he wasn't sure and asked Johnny. Johnny mumbled something and said that was a stupid question and walked away. I have always had great service but will avoid this assclown from here on out. He is in a customer service roll... have some decency. More
