Service vehicle Bryan was great to work with. I only want to deal with him in the future. I had to deal with Courtney at first and she was not good with communication Bryan was great to work with. I called several times and had to leave a message for Courtney to return my call and she never did. I think two and a half weeks for a new battery is ridiculous! When I finally picked my car up, there were ANTS everywhere on the inside! Horrible experience! More

Finance guy "I MUST PURCHACE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY!!" I was just trying to buy a used car at Serra Kia in Gardendale. Then I get to the Finance Rep at Serra, he tells me that "I must buy their extended wa I was just trying to buy a used car at Serra Kia in Gardendale. Then I get to the Finance Rep at Serra, he tells me that "I must buy their extended warranty or he will cancel the sale." The extended warranties are optional and after I told that to him he said "us selling the car to you is optional too!" What a scammer!!! I am sure he is being told to push the extended warranties by the management but he should refuse to make illegal and unethical claim of not selling cars without buing the optional warranties. SERRA KIA TRYS TO RIP PEOPLE OFF BY PUSHING EXTENDED WARRANTIES ON PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT THEM. More
